Haunted Historical Ghost Tour LLC is not responsible for any injuries that might occur during your event. Please walk carefully and keep children close by during ghost tours.  You must follow any safety warnings or instructions given to you by ghostly guides or event facility staff.  Please ask questions if unclear.

     

     

    1. Are children free?                                                                                                                     Children 5 and under are free for our family-friendly events. We do have youth tickets for 6-11 year old children and discounts for veterans, 1st responders, and 55+.
    2. Can I take pictures?                                                                                                                Yes, you are more than welcome to take pictures during your event. You can even submit them to us or tag one of our social media pages in your post. We love to see pictures of our guests enjoying our events.
    3. Can I take a video?                                                                                                                   No, we kindly ask that you do not record our events. But as stated above, we welcome photographs, especially if you happen to catch something spooky. Feel free to send them to us via our contact page or email, and we might post them on our socials with a shout-out to our wonderful guests.
    4. Can I bring animals?                                                                                                             Service animals are more than welcome to our events. But we do ask that you leave any pets at home so as not to cause guests or staff to be disrupted on your event.
    5. Am I allowed to eat or drink?                                                                                              You are more than welcome to have a non-alcoholic drink with a lid or finger food with you on a ghost tour. However, please refrain from bringing any form of alcohol/adult beverage or food that may be distracting or mess. For our murder mystery dinners, comedy shows, and illusion shows, there is food and beverages, will be available while inside the facilities. However, at our Spirits with Spirits event, drinks will be available for purchase at the distillery, but we suggest eating ahead of time.  
    6. Am I allowed to smoke?                                                                                                            No, we ask that all guests please refrain from using any form of tobacco during our events, as well as any vape pens.
    7. Refund Policy-                                                                                                                            We do not provide refunds for late or no-show arrivals. However, if something comes up and you need to reschedule, please check below to see if you are eligible. If so, please navigate to our website’s reschedule page. Please note the following:
    • You must reschedule at least one day before your event start time or forfeit your ability to reschedule.
    • You must reschedule for the same event. Unless previously discussed with Haunted Historical Ghost Tour staff.
    • YOU DON’T QUALIFY TO RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE LATE, MISS YOUR EVENT, OR ARE ASKED TO LEAVE.
    • Haunted Historical Ghost Tours, LLC reserves the right to ask any patrons to leave or deny participation in an event if the person is underage, trying to attend an Adults-ONLY event, creating an unsafe or inappropriate environment, is inebriated, or is causing severe disruptions to the event that make other guests or staff uncomfortable, without refund or ability to reschedule.
    • In the case of emergency or inclement weather, Haunted Historical Ghost Tours will give you the option to reschedule up to one year from your original date or a refund.

         8. Where do I park?  

     Parking is available at all event locations near meeting spots and surrounding areas.

          9. When does the event start?

     All events start promptly at the listed start time. Out of respect for our other patrons, we do not wait for late-arriving guests or provide refunds if you miss the beginning of your event. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the start location on your receipt to get checked in with your ghostly guide, who will be dressed in a black Haunted Historical Ghost Tour t-shirt or a costume related to your event theme.

    10. Are any of your tours handicap accessible?            

      Yes, we do have handicap-accessible tours. If a tour is handicap accessible, it will be listed in the tour description before you purchase your tickets.  

    11. Are any of your ghost tours appropriate for children?

     Yes, we have a family-friendly tour. Children 5 and under are free. However, we do have a 10 PM tour that is strictly 18+ only.

    12. What do I do if I can’t find my ghostly guide?                                                       Please give us a call so we can reach out to your ghostly guide or give instructions on where to find them if you are lost..

    13. Do you have to be 18+ for the 10 PM tours?             

     Yes, you must be 18 or older to attend any of our 10 PM tours and murder mystery dinners. We reserve the right to turn away anyone under the age of 18 who attempts to attend an 18+ event. Please note that we will not receive a refund for attempting to bring a minor onto an adult-only tour.

              14. Do you check ID for the ADULT-only events?

              Yes, any event that has an age restriction. We do check your ID to verify that you are old                enough to attend the event. If you are underage, we will turn you away without giving you              a refund.
