Haunted Historical Walk LLC is not responsible for any injuries that might occur during the walk. Please walk carefully and keep children close by. You must follow any safety warnings or instructions given to you by ghostly guide. Please ask questions if unclear.
- Are children free? Children 5 and under are free. We do have youth tickets for 6-11 year old children and discounts for veterans, 1st responders, and 55+.
- Can I take pictures? Yes, you are more than welcome to take pictures during your walk. You can even submit them to us or tag one of our social media pages in your post. We love to see pictures of our guest enjoying their walk.
- Can I take a video? No, we kindly ask that you do not record our walks. But as stated above, we welcome photographs, especially if you happen to catch something spooky. Feel free to send them to us via our contact page or email, and we might post them on our socials with a shout-out to our wonderful guests.
- Can I bring animals? Service animals are more than welcome on any walk. But we do ask that you leave any pets at home so as not to cause guests or staff to be disrupted on your walk.
- Am I allowed to eat or drink? You are more than welcome to have a non-alcoholic drink with a lid or finger food with you. However, please refrain from bringing any form of alcohol/adult beverage or food that may be distracting or mess.
- Am I allowed to smoke? No, we ask that all guests please refrain from using any form of tobacco while on our walks, as well as any vape pens.
- Refund Policy-
We do not provide refunds for late or no-show tour arrivals. However, if something comes up and you need to reschedule your walk, please check below to see if you are eligible. If so, please visit our rescheduling page and pay the one-time rescheduling fee of $25. Please note the following:

- You must reschedule at least one hour before your walk start time or forfeit your ability to reschedule.
- You must reschedule for the same walk type and time slot. Unless previously discussed with Haunted Historical Walk staff.
- You must reschedule within one week of your walks date.
- YOU DON’T QUALIFY TO RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE LATE, MISS YOUR WALK OR ARE ASKED TO LEAVE.
- In the case of emergency or inclement weather, Haunted Historical Walk will give you the option to reschedule up to one year from your original walk date or a refund.
8. Where do I park?
Parking is available at all walk locations near meeting spots and surrounding areas.
9. When does the walk start?
All walks start promptly at the listed start time. Out of respect for our other patrons, we do not wait for late-arriving guests or provide refunds if you miss the beginning of your walk. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the walk start location on your receipt to get checked in with your ghostly guide, who will be dressed in a black Haunted Historical Walk t-shirt.
10. Are any of your walks handicap accessible?
Yes, we do have handicap-accessible walks. If a walk is handicap accessible, it will be listed in the walks description before you purchase your tickets.
11. Are any of your walks appropriate for children?
Yes, our 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM walks are appropriate for children. Children 5 and under are free. However, we recommend the 7:00 PM walks for children under 10. We are family-owned and want to provide a fun outing for all ages. However, we do have a 10 PM tour that is strictly 18+ only.
12. What do I do if I can’t find my ghostly guide? Please give us a call so we can reach out to your ghostly guide or give instructions on where to find them if you are lost.
13. Do I need to buy an extended ticket for each person? Yes, if you would like to purchase an extended walk ticket for any of the select walks that offer it, you will need to buy a ticket for each individual who will attend the extended walk in addition to your regular walk admission.
14. Do you have to be 18+ for the 10 PM walks?
Yes, you must be 18 or older to attend any of our 10 PM walks due to the content of the stories which is not suitable for children. We reserve the right to turn away anyone under the age of 18 who attempts to attend a 10 PM walk. Please note that we will not receive a refund for attempting to bring a minor onto an adult-only walk.
15. Do you check ID for the ADULT-only walks?
Yes, for both our 18+ only and our pub crawls. We do check your ID to verify that you are old enough to attend the walk. If you are underage, we will turn you away without giving you a refund.
Haunted Historical Walk, LLC reserves the right to ask any patrons to leave a walk or deny participation in a walking tour if the person is under 18 trying to attend an 18+ walk, creating an unsafe or inappropriate environment, is inebriated, or is causing severe disruptions to the tour that make other guests or staff uncomfortable, without refund or ability to reschedule.
