1. Are children free?                                                          Children 5 and under are free. We do have youth tickets for 6-11 year olds and discounts for veterans, 1st responders, and 55+.
      2. Can I take pictures?                                                           Yes, you are more than welcome to take pictures during your tour. You can even submit them to us or tag one of our social media pages in your post. We love to see pictures of our guest enjoying their tour.
      3. Can I take a video?                                                              No, we kindly ask that you do not record our tours. But as stated above, we welcome photographs, especially if you happen to catch something spooky. Feel free to send them to us via our contact page or email, and we might post them on our socials with a shout-out to our wonderful guests.
      4. Can I bring animals?                                                   Service animals are more than welcome on any tour. But we do ask that you leave any pets at home so as not to cause guests or staff to be disrupted on tour.
      5. Am I allowed to eat or drink?                                         You are more than welcome to have a non-alcoholic drink with a lid or finger food with you. However, please refrain from bringing any form of alcohol/adult beverage or food that may be distracting or mess.
      6. Am I allowed to smoke?                                                    No, we ask that all guests please refrain from using any form of tobacco while on tour, as well as any vape pens.
      7. Refund Policy –                                                                    We do not provide refunds for late or no-show tour arrivals. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your tour for a $10 fee for your whole party (not per person). If your party is larger than 10, the rescheduling fee is $20.       8. Where do I park?                                                          Parking is available at all tour locations near meeting spots and surrounding areas.
      9. When does the tour start?                                               The tour starts promptly at the listed start time. Out of respect for our other patrons, we do not wait for late-arriving guests or provide refunds if you miss the beginning of your tour. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the tour start location on your receipt to get checked in with your tour guide, who will be dressed in a red Haunted Historical Walk t-shirt.
      10. Are any of your tours handicap accessible?            Yes, we do have handicap-accessible tours. If a tour is handicap accessible, it will be listed in the tour description before you purchase your tickets.  
      11. Are any of your tours appropriate for children?          Yes, our 7:30 PM and 9 PM tours are appropriate for children; 5 and under are free. We are family-owned and want to provide a fun outing for all ages. However, we do have a 10 PM tour that is strictly 18+ only.
      12. What do I do if I can’t find my tour guide?          Please give us a call so we can reach out to your guide or give instructions on where to find them if you are lost.
      13. Do I need to buy an extended ticket for each person?                                                                                      Yes, if you would like to purchase an extended tour ticket for any of the select tours that offer it, you will need to buy a ticket for each individual who will attend the extended tour in addition to your regular tour admission.
      14. Do you have to be 18+ for the 10 PM tours?              Yes, you must be 18 or older to attend any of our 10 PM tours due to the content of the stories which is not suitable for children. We reserve the right to turn away anyone under the age of 18 who attempts to attend a 10 PM tour. Please note that we will not receive a refund for attempting to bring a minor onto an adult-only tour.


    Haunted Historical Walk, LLC reserves the right to ask any patrons to leave a tour or deny participation in a walking tour if the person is creating an unsafe or inappropriate environment, is inebriated, or is causing severe disruptions to the tour that make other guests or staff uncomfortable.
